CYNTHIA SCHWAB
Cynthia Schwab, daughter of the founder Howard Caffey, has been with the company since its inception in 1975. Cyndi attended Delta College, while working, focusing on business and accounting. After working in every position, Cyndi became President in 1980.
Cyndi, and her husband George, expanded the company from 5 vehicles to its current compliment of over 70, covering Michigan, Ohio and other states, and employing over 100 people with three strategic and key locations.
Cyndi enjoys spending time with family, including three daughters and three grandchildren, along with traveling, cooking, gardening, sewing and scrapbooking.

GEORGE SCHWAB
George joined SOS Express in 1980 and serves as Vice President. Originally from Bay City, Michigan, George holds a BA from Saginaw Valley State University majoring in History and English with a minor in Business. George is a Vietnam veteran of the US Navy. George is married to Cynthia and they have three daughters.
The oldest of 5 children, he began working at an early age and continued working in various fields through high school and college to pay tuitions. After returning from the Navy, George managed a sporting goods store prior to joining SOS Express.
George enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, gardening and sports, especially golf.

TIM WEHRMAN
Tim began work at SOS Express in 2004 and serves as Director of Finance and Administration, overseeing all finance, human resources and administrative functions.
He came to SOS Express with over 10 years of experience in various finance and management capacities in the forestry equipment, education and medical fields. He earned a BBA from Northwood University and a MBA from Central Michigan University.
His hobbies include college basketball, college football and golf. He is married and has 1 son.

TODD DICKERT
Todd began work at SOS Express in 2004 and serves as Director of Operations, overseeing operations of the Livonia, Lansing and Saginaw offices. 
He came to SOS Express with 13 years of retail experience at Meijer Distribution Center. While there, he spent 10 of those years in system and operations management overseeing the receiving and shipping operations.
His hobbies include hockey, fishing, camping, golf, and travel.

PAM HAENLEIN
Pam has worked for SOS Express for 25 years. She currently holds the position of Corporate Office Administrator. Her job duties consist of payroll, human resources, billing and accounts receivable, although she has performed many other functions for the company over the years.
She and her husband enjoy flower gardening, concerts, nature and the outdoors and spending time with their family. She enjoys her fellow co-workers and all of the many, many friends she has made over the years.

DON KNAPP, JR.
Don started as a courier for SOS Express in 1988. In 1994, he became a manager and is now the Northern Regional Administrator, overseeing the operations of the Saginaw office. He takes pride in doing a good job and knows how to help customers. His job responsibilities also include dispatching, scheduling routes and setting up specials.
He is married and has 1 daughter.  He enjoys camping with family, bowling, riding bikes, being outdoors and especially enjoys off-road riding in their jeep and on 4-wheelers.

JEFF DAVIS
Jeff came to SOS Express in 2000 and holds the position of Shift Supervisor for the Livonia office, working the day shift. Prior to coming to SOS Express, Jeff worked for 7 years for Comerica Bank in their transportation department and also as a driver in the limousine industry.
Jeff’s hobbies include bowling, video games and pro football and basketball.

JOHN PASSENO
John came to SOS Express in 1999 after 21 years at Michigan National Bank serving in various capacities in the stock room and mail service departments. He started at SOS Express as a courier/driver and advanced into his current position of Shift Supervisor for the Livonia office, working the evening shift, in 2000. Prior to his time at Michigan National, he worked for 5 years in the medical field as a central services manager for an area hospital.
He is a veteran of 3 years in the United States Army including a tour of duty in Vietnam, after which he pursued an education at Oakland Community College.
His interests and hobbies include nature and wood crafts. John is also a firm believer in the Art of Positive Thinking.

TANYA JACKSON
Tanya came to SOS Express in 2008 as a Shift Supervisor in Livonia, working the overnight shift. Prior to coming to SOS Express, Tanya worked for five years as a receiving supervisor at Farmer Jack Warehouse. Prior to her time at Farmer Jack, Tanya worked at J & L Industrial Tool Supply Company for seven years in various roles including team leader. In her spare time, Tanya enjoys writing poetry, bowling and skating.
